Purchases

We bought the full game but the worlds are locked

Open the settings (the gear), then "About the full game", then tap Restore purchase. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Google account that made the purchase. If it was bought on another account, switch the account in the Play Store first, then tap Restore purchase.

What does the purchase include?

Dinosaur Valley is free. One purchase opens every other world in Dig Dig, including new worlds added in updates, at no extra cost. There are no other purchases, no subscriptions and no coins for sale.

How do I ask for a refund?

Refunds are handled by Google Play. Open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then "Payments & subscriptions", then "Budget & history", and find Dig Dig. If a purchase is refunded, the other worlds lock again; Dinosaur Valley and everything found there stay.

Playing

Can brothers and sisters have their own game?

Yes. Up to four players can share one device, each with their own treasures, coins and worlds. To add one, open the settings, go to Players and tap Add. No names are needed: each player is a coloured digger.

The game feels slow on our tablet

Open the settings and, under Graphics, lower the quality to two bars or one. The game draws fewer pixels and simpler shadows, which helps on older devices. Closing other apps can help too.

Does it need the internet?

No. Dig Dig plays fully offline. Only the store's own purchase screen needs a connection.

Saves

Where is my child's progress saved?

On the device only. We never see it. If you have Android backup switched on, the save is part of that backup.

We moved to a new device. Can we bring our progress?

If Android backup was on, restoring the backup on the new device brings the save with it. The purchase itself comes back with Restore purchase on any device signed in to the same Google account. There are no online accounts, so we can't move a save for you.

Deleting the app

Deleting the app deletes its save on that device. If you reinstall, the purchase comes back with Restore purchase, but progress starts fresh unless a backup is restored.
